Destination Canada is pleased to offer guests of Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition return airfare to Calgary International Airport booked through our travel partner Maritime Travel. Following your registration approval, you will be contacted within five (5) business days to review and approve your flight options.
Please note that Destination Canada suggests that you purchase travel medical insurance in advance of your trip that includes COVID-19 coverage.
As flight times may be limited, or you may be interested in exploring a bit more of Banff and opt to arrive on January 20, your hotel and all transfers will be provided on the day prior to Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition. On the morning of January 21, feel free to take in the sights of Banff: take a guided walking tour, go on a dog sled run or simply explore the sights on your own.
Upon your arrival on January 20 or 21, we will greet you at the airport and guide you to your shuttle to The Fairmont Banff Springs. If arriving on the 21st, we ask that you arrive no later than 12:00 pm to ensure you can join us for the opening of Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition.
At the conclusion of the program, you will be transferred back to Calgary International Airport. Please make sure your departure flight does not leave before 2:00 pm. As a condition of attending Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition, no late arrivals or early departures will be permitted unless agreed to by the Destination Canada team prior to booking.
Entry into Canada
Electronic Travel Authorizations are required for anyone traveling to Canada who is not Canadian or American if they don't require a visa. Please ensure you fill out and submit the authorization form if this applies to you. The cost is $7 CDN and in most cases the form is produced immediately.
Departing Canada
There are currently no travel restrictions in place with respect to COVID-19 in the United States, the UK or the EU. Should that change prior to the program, we will ensure that any testing required to return to your originating destination will be taken care of prior to your departure.
