Pre-assigned one-to-one meetings with Incentive Canada guests take place over one day at The Fairmont Château Frontenac.

Each partner will have:

  • One 6-foot table
  • 3 chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Sanitizing supplies

There will be one AV technician on-site to support all partners.

We strongly encourage that you make your table “yours”. Marketing material, table-top banners, items to make the table representative of your destination; the choice is up to you! We do ask, however, that you do not bring stand-up banners or gifts for the Clients. Destination Canada’s Business Events team prefers that partners to do not bring gifting items for the clients.  

Prior to the start of your meetings, you will have a chance to check out the space and set up your table. Check your schedule in the app prior to arrival to see when you will have some time to get settled.

If you would like to ship marketing items in advance, feel free to ship them to arrive no later than Friday, February 3. They will be dropped off at your table prior to your arrival.

Your Marketplace Meetings will be assigned prior to arrival. This individual schedule will be uploaded in the event app in advance of the event when all guests are registered. Don't worry though! You will be able to meet with each guest.
