The Fine Print

  • Accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, offsite events, receptions, food & beverage, excursions and rentals noted above are INCLUDED as a hosted buyer. Regrettably, guests of hosted buyers are not permitted.
  • Destination Canada’s Business Events team will coordinate all flights and provide guests with e-tickets for travel to/from Québec City.
  • By accepting this invitation, hosted buyers agree to attend all four days of Incentive Canada 2023 – Winter Edition (no pre-arranged late arrivals or early departures are permitted).
