Destination Canada’s Business Events team is pleased to offer guests of Incentive Canada 2023 – Winter Edition return airfare to Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport booked through our travel partner Maritime Travel. Following your registration approval, you will be contacted within five (5) business days to review and approve your flight options.  

Please note that Destination Canada’s Business Events team suggests that you purchase travel medical insurance in advance of your trip that includes COVID-19 coverage.

As flight times may be limited, or you may be interested in exploring a bit more of Québec and opt to arrive on February 4, your hotel and all transfers will be provided on the day prior to Incentive Canada – Winter Edition. On the morning of February 5, feel free to take in the sights of Québec City, hit the slopes — just a short 30-minute transfer outside the city — at Mont-Sainte-Anne, or take part in the Carnaval festivities.

Upon your arrival on February 4 or 5, we will greet you at the airport and guide you to your shuttle to The Fairmont Château Frontenac. If arriving on the 5^th, we ask that you arrive no later than 2:00 pm to ensure you can join us for the opening of Incentive Canada 2023 – Winter Edition.

At the conclusion of the program, you will be transferred back to Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport. Please make sure your departure flight does not leave before 1:00 pm. As a condition of attending Incentive Canada 2023 – Winter Edition, no late arrivals or early departures will be permitted unless agreed to by Destination Canada’s Business Events team prior to booking.
