Pre-assigned one-on-one meetings with Incentive Canada guests take place over two days at Fox Harb'r.
Each partner will have:

• One 6-foot table
• 3 chairs

There will be an AV technician on-site to support all partners.

We strongly encourage you to personalize your table. – think of including marketing material, table-top banners, items to make the table representative of your destination, small giveaways; the choice is up to you! We do ask, however, that you do not bring stand-up banners.

Your Marketplace meetings will be assigned prior to arrival.  This individual schedule will be posted to your app agenda approximately one week in advance of the event.
