For those who have opted for an early arrival, please make your way to the arrivals area outside of baggage claim where you will be met by a representative from Incentive Canada for your transfer to Banff. 

You will be welcomed at the Fairmont Banff Springs where you will be able to check in and explore Banff at your leisure during the day.

Arrivals continue today.  For those arriving on Sunday, please make your way to the arrivals area outside of baggage claim where you will be met by a representative from Incentive Canada for your transfer.

For those who have already enjoyed a night at the Fairmont Banff Springs, you will have the option of taking part in activities taking place in Banff, including dog sledding, or a guided walk around Banff.

Prior to the official start of the program, please meet your Destination Canada hosts for a partner briefing.  Following the briefing the Fairmont Banff Springs welcomes you to their signature night, a welcome reception and dinner in Mt Stephen Hall.

Experience Banff and Lake Louise during our fantastic curated activities!  Hit the slopes in Banff, try your hand at ice carving or tour Banff on a fat bike. It's all up to you!  

After some fantastic experiences, sit back and relax at the Fairmont Spa warming pools, or simply enjoy some free time to catch up on emails, or explore Banff on your own.

Banff and Lake Louise Tourism will host diner at Eden, overlooking spectacular mountain views while enjoying a unique culinary experience.

Join our partners from across Canada to discover what this country is all about!  You will be meeting with each destination during our Marketplace Meetings, hosted at the Fairmont Banff Springs.

Following lunch and some free time, enjoy a scenic transfer to Lake Louise where you will be able to take part in some sunset free time.  Enjoy the ice castle, snowshoeing or just go on a hike on one of the many paths around picturesque Lake Louise.

Make sure you've brought your dancing shoes for Destination Canada's Signature Night! Enjoy dinner, entertainment and dancing on the last night of Incentive Canada 2024 - Winter Edition.
