Partners of Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition are required to book their own air travel to and from Calgary International Airport (YYC). We ask that your flight arrives in Calgary no later than 12:00 pm on January 21 in order to arrive at The Fairmont Banff Springs for the partner briefing and our evening activities, and depart no earlier than 1:30 pm on the afternoon of January 24 after the conclusion of the program.

Should your travels occur outside of the dates of January 21 and January 24, we kindly ask that you arrange for your own transfers between Calgary and Banff.

During your registration process, we will request your travel itinerary.  If you have not booked your flights when you register, we would ask that you send your itinerary to info@incentivecanada.ca once your flights have been confirmed.

Air Canada has kindly provided discount codes for travel to and from Incentive Canada 2024 - Winter Edition.  If you are booking through Air Canada, please use NWV2GMH1.

Promo code restrictions:

• The booking is to be made to the following city: Calgary, AB (YYC)
• The travel period begins Sunday, January 14, 2024 and ends Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
• Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• For North American travel 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International travel 10% on standard fares & higher.

Incentive Canada 2024 – Winter Edition will provide all transfers during the event experiences.
