Bienvenue au Canada!

Upon arrival at St. John's International Airport, you will be greeted by our Incentive Canada 2023 - Summer Edition team and escorted to your waiting shuttle where you will be transferred directly to the Alt Hotel St. John's.

Visit our registration desk in the lobby where you will get your room key and registration kit.  For earlier arrivals, you will have the opportunity to explore the city, whether through a guided tour or at your own leisure.  

Incentive Canada 2023 - Summer Edition will kick off that evening with a Welcome Reception and Dinner.

Experience St. John's as your clients would!  Take part in foraging by the water, try your hand at paddling in the Atlantic Ocean or take a Zodiac tour out through the Harbour.  It's all up to you!  You will be able to pick your preferred experience during the registration process.  Lunch will be provided on each tour.

After an exciting morning of excursions, we will make our way back to the hotel where you will have some free time catch up on email, explore downtown St. John's on your own or simply put your feet up and relax before dinner.

A kitchen party dinner at The Rooms will be hosted by Destination St. John's.  Get ready to experience a hopping party and be screeched in to become an honourary Newfoundlander!

Join our partners from across Canada to discover what this country is all about!  You will be meeting with each destination during our Marketplace Meetings, hosted by Destination Canada.

Lunch at Mallard Cottage, the oldest wooden structure in Newfoundland, will follow the Marketplace Meetings. When you've had a chance to recharge with a spectacular lunch, we will make our way across the street to Quidi Vidi Brewery for a tasting and a Bevvies and Brainstorm session with Destination Canada's Jennifer Attersall and Stephanie Harris - President of the IRF (The Incentive Research Foundation).

Our closing night will be hosted by Destination Canada Business Events.  As the Newfoundlanders say, it's gonna be a time!
