Destination Canada’s Business Events team is pleased to offer guests of Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition return airfare to St. John’s International Airport booked through our travel partner Maritime Travel. Following your registration approval, you will be contacted within five (5) business days to review and approve your flight options.  

Please note that Destination Canada’s Business Events team suggests that you purchase travel medical insurance in advance of your trip that includes COVID-19 coverage.
Flight times may be limited, or you may be arriving in St. John’s on August 12. If this is the case, your hotel and all transfers will be provided on the day prior to Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition. On the morning of August 12, feel free to take in the sights of St. John’s prior to the beginning of the program.

Upon your arrival on August 12 or 13, we will greet you at the airport and guide you to your shuttle to the Alt Hotel St. John’s. If travelling on the 13th, we ask that you arrive no later than 3:00 pm to ensure you can join us for the opening of Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition. 

At the conclusion of the program, you will be transferred back to St. John’s International Airport. Please make sure your departure flight does not leave before 12:00 pm. As a condition of attending Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition, no late arrivals or early departures will be permitted unless agreed to by Destination Canada’s Business Events team prior to booking.
