Destination Canada’s Business Events team invites you to participate as a supplier/partner in the annual Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition on August 13-16, 2023. This is a unique opportunity to promote your destinations and experiences to high-value hosted incentive travel buyers from across the US and Europe, while enjoying the east coast charm of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition gives guests the chance to take part in activities in and around St. John’s – visit the easternmost point in North America, take part in a scallop fishing expedition in one of the coves surrounding St. John’s, and be “screeched in” to become a true Newfoundlander.

 

Your registration to Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition includes:

  • A unique opportunity to share time and experiences with your target clients.
  • Exclusive attendance at all programmed activities and functions including opening dinner, off site excursions, curated culinary experiences and transfers.
  • Your company listing on the event website and app.
  • Complete listing of all client profiles.
  • Any rental equipment if required.
  • Team Canada Uniforms.

Does not include:

  • Your airfare to / from St. John’s
  • Hotels: 3 nights at The Alt Hotel St. John’s.  We have secured a preferred rate of $199 / night plus applicable fees and taxes.
  • Transfers to / from the airport if you are arriving outside of program dates.

 
The Fine Print

  • ​Incentive Canada event programming including marketplace meetings, excursions, on and offsite events, receptions, transfers and culinary experiences are INCLUDED with your registration.
  • Air transportation to/from St. John’s NOT included.
  • Accommodations at selected hotel NOT included.
  • Any incidentals NOT included.
