Partners of Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition are required to book their own air travel to and from St. John’s International Airport (YTT). We ask that your flight arrives in St. John’s no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 13 in order to arrive at the Alt Hotel St. John’s for the partner briefing and our evening activities and depart no earlier than 12:00 pm on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 16 after the conclusion of the program.  

If you are travelling on program dates (August 13 and 16), we would be pleased to offer you a transfer between the airport and the hotel.  If you are arriving outside of program dates, we kindly ask that you make your own transfer arrangements.

Air Canada has kindly provided discount codes for travel to and from Incentive Canada 2023 - Summer Edition.  If you are booking through Air Canada, please use ET4ND6P1.

Promo code restrictions:

• The booking is to be made to the following city: St. Johns, YYT (NL)
• The travel period begins Sunday, August 06, 2023 and ends Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
• Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• For North American travel 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International travel 10% on standard fares & higher.

During your registration process, we will request your travel itinerary.  If you have not booked your flights when you register, we would ask that you send your itinerary to info@incentivecanada.ca once your flights have been confirmed.

Incentive Canada 2023 – Summer Edition will provide all transfers during the event experiences.
