marketplace meetings
Pre-assigned one-to-one meetings with Incentive Canada guests take place over one day.
Each partner will have:
- One 6-foot table
- 3 chairs
- One wastebasket
There will be one AV technician on-site to support all partners.
We strongly encourage that you make your table “yours.” Marketing material, table-top banners, items to make the table representative of your destination, the choice is up to you! We do ask, however, that you do not bring stand-up banners for the clients. With Destination Canada Business Events’ new sustainable event initiatives, we do ask that you do not bring promotional items to give to clients.
Prior to the start of your meetings, you will have a chance to check out the space and set up your table. Check your schedule in the app prior to arrival to see when you will have some time to get settled.
If you would like to ship marketing items in advance, feel free to ship them to arrive no later than Friday, August 11. They will be dropped off at your table prior to your arrival.

Your Marketplace Meetings appointments will be assigned prior to your arrival. This individual schedule will be uploaded in the event app in advance of the event once registration is closed. Don't worry though! You will be able to meet with each guest. Appointments are generally 10-15 minutes and rotate over a 3-hour window.
